We're glad you asked! For the best results, use clear, well-lit photos with distinct subjects. Photos that are very dark, blurry, or overly cluttered (especially photos of large crowds of people) may not translate as well into line art. (Pro tip: selfies work great!)

Either! For consistency's sake, we reformat all photos into square format, so you don't have to fuss around with cropping, or using only one format of photo. Due to this process, the relative proportions of each photo may be slightly altered, but we do our best to ensure the line drawing resembles the original photo as closely as possible.
